I would wholeheartedly recommend Shaded Fitness & particularly the sessions aimed at the over 60s. Everything is so well thought out & the support from both Nic & Zak & also fellow members is superb

Having experienced several health concerns I started the Over 60s vitality 6 week training course at Shaded Fitness and have subsequently become a member of the gym. I've noticed improvements in flexibility, cardio capacity, increased stamina and an increase in confidence and my sense of wellbeing. The sessions facilitated by Nic are person centred and fun. One feels very supported. Shaded Fitness is inclusive and community minded and from the start Zakk and Nic made me feel welcome and comfortable.
